中承式钢管砼拱桥爆破施工方案探讨Discussion of Blasting Scheme of Steel Tube and Concrete Arch Bridge with Mid Supported

摘要(Abstract):
介绍了在复杂环境中,采用控制爆破技术拆除某中承钢管砼拱桥的工程实例,论述了爆破工程方案的确定,爆破技术设计及安全防护措施。拟爆破拆除的大桥是由主桥与引桥2部分组成,拱肋的钢管内填充混凝土且结构复杂。在技术方案设计和爆破施工中为确保大桥的顺利倾倒,对倒塌方式、爆点位置、爆破方式、起爆顺序等方面进行了深入的探讨,还对预处理、炮孔布置、装药设计、起爆网路等技术设计内容进行了细致的阐述,最终取得了爆破成功,为类似结构的桥梁爆破拆除提供借鉴。
