复杂环境下基坑支撑梁爆破拆除Explosive Demolition of Foundation Pit Support Beams under Complex Environment

摘要(Abstract)：
铁四院总部设计大楼基坑位于铁四院总部建筑群内,邻近信息中心。支撑梁爆破总方量为1400 m3,拆除工期紧,计算机硬盘对振动控制的要求又十分苛刻,所以采取预切割和爆破振动监测技术相结合的方法将支撑梁爆破拆除。对支撑梁预切割前后的爆破振动监测结果对比分析后,选用合理的爆破参数和爆破网路,将邻近信息中心侧的支撑梁爆破拆除。不宜进行封闭式防护的情况时,采用近体防护、调整装药结构、孔内微差起爆的技术,控制爆破飞石。支撑梁预拆除后爆破振动速度降低约60%,计算机服务器正常运行未受到爆破振动影响。
