抑制中心逆向侵彻体的异型环形装药设计Design on Special-shaped Annular Charge to Weaken Damage of Center Reverse Projectile

摘要(Abstract):
针对环形装药作用时在中轴线会形成一束向前、向后运动的中心聚能侵彻体,对后方目标具有很强的破坏作用,分析该侵彻体成形特性,通过壳体向内侧倾斜的方式,设计了一种倒梯形结构,大幅减弱中心逆向侵彻体对后端的破坏效果。针对中空环形装药对内外侧药型罩压合作用的不对称,从而导致环形射流在纵向的偏转现象,设计了内外侧非对称的装药结构形式,通过改变内侧装药与内侧壳体的倾角,使非对称装药能够对内外侧等壁厚的药型罩产生尽可能均匀的压合效果,从而形成高质量的环形射流。
